Willie L. Hensley
President/Chief Executive Officer

As the President and CEO of The Summit Consulting Group, Inc., which supports business development requirements of private sector companies, especially veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned companies, Mr. Willie L. Hensley has over 40 years of experience in the Federal government. Mr. Hensley was appointed as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources and Administration by the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he managed and executed a $300M budget in support of the Department’s investment in human capital, a major transformational initiative involving over 10 major contracts and approximately 35 private sector companies. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources Management where he supervised several major human resources business lines, ranging from marketing, recruitment and staffing to employee benefits, human resources accountability, and workforce/succession planning.
Jean Drummond

As President of HCD International, a health care quality improvement and transformation management firm with a focus on population management and health equity, Mrs. Drummond is a dynamic and knowledgeable health care professional with vast experience providing executive oversight on extensive quality services across the Federal, state, county, community and private health sectors. Specifically, Mrs. Drummond’s strength lies in her ability to bridge the gaps between health policy, program implementation, and access to care for our most vulnerable populations. She began HCD International in 1991 after a successful career as a practicing clinician. Her focus on placing only the best candidates for positions based on skills, experience, work ethic and drive ensures that clients receive excellent value on each contract.
